Dinner Salad

I promise this is the last post about my meals for awhile.  I've been on a low carbohydrate eating regimen since the first of April and I'm still getting used to the meals.  I've lost over 15 pounds so far and I've not been hungry.  I do miss Snickers Bars©, and chocolate chip ice cream and every once in awhile get a craving.  But so far I've been able to resist.  Here is what I ate last night along with a couple pieces of skinless, boneless, grilled chicken thighs.  It was delicious.  The salad is made of lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomato, a little cheddar cheese, and 2 Tbls. of Ken's Steak House Blue Cheese Dressing.
