Chicken for Lunch

Fried up some boneless skinless chicken thighs for lunch today. . . delicious as usual.  Just sprinkled some salt, pepper, and special chicken powder on it prior to nestling it in the pan.  Very tender and succulent.

Back in the saddle again

Here I go again. . .  Trying to familiarize myself with the latest Blogger upgrades and changes.  Lots of new terms and functions to learn about.  I'll get into it slowly. . .  The biggest news is that my younger brother Laury and his lovely wife Renee' have become full-time RV'rs.  If I can talk him into starting a blog we'll be able to follow what they're up to.  Below image captures their first hours after his retirement.  They're in a park in Beaumont, CA soon to leave for Earp, CA.  Good luck and keep it between the fences Laury and Renee'.
