Fun at The Zoo
Went to the Zoo with my youngest Grandaughter. We had so much fun. Ask her to tell you all about the Tiger sometime.

Big Bullets
The soldier standing, holding the two bullets, is our father. This photo was taken about 65 years ago when he was deployed in the China Burma India theater. Thanks to him and all the other brave WW II veterans we still have our freedoms.

Visitor From The East
In his Brand New Car. I even got to drive it. It is very nice! He used some of my pure West Coast water straight from the Colorado river to remove the traveling flotsam and jetsam from his faithful steed.

Saturday morning while watching my grand-daughters soccer team, The Crazy Monkeys, this huge plane flew over the field. Click on the photo for a larger version.

Dogpatch
While exploring a closet I found this toy from my childhood. I even have the original box too but it's in pretty rough shape. Little Abner's Dogpatch Band was made by the Unique Toy Company in Newark, NJ circa 1946-1953. I've seen them listed on EBay for half a grand. I found the drumstick missing from Pappy's right hand since this picture was taken.

June Gloom
June gloom in July. The gray mass you see in the background is the Pacific Ocean. It will return, someday.
