Lunch for Today
My low-carbohydrate lunch for the day. About a cup of spinach leaves, two hard boiled eggs, a couple of boneless, skinless chicken thighs from the George Foreman grill, all topped off with some ranch salad dressing. Pretty good for spur of the moment. I couldn't eat it all.
