Weekend In Clovis/Fresno

My oldest grandaughter is becoming quite the artist. She created this remarkable likeness of her, her sister and me. I think she did a superb job. Very easy to spot who is who.

Another eventful weekend in Clovis with a sidetrip to Fresno to see my grandson's cross-country meet. Then a couple of visits to see the balloons launching from the Rodeo grounds. Lots of colorful photo opportunities with my son-in-law giving me a lesson in human interest/event photography. As usual I had a wonderful time. Thanks to everybody!

Sundown At The Marina

A person only gets so many sunsets, so I didn't want to miss this one at the Dana Point marina. The guy on the pedestal is RH Dana himself. Resting up from throwing skins, and pelts over a cliff to the men and boats waiting below on the beach.

Visitor From the North

My longtime friend and love of my life came to SoCal for a short visit. We had fun touring the beaches, piers, Missions, Tall Ships, shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. Her visit was over too soon. Here are a few pictures of the highlights. She is still very beautiful.
